Overview
South Village Row Homes is a 10-unit townhouse project at 2408–2446 164 Street in Surrey, BC. Jas Construction Ltd. delivered the framing scope in partnership with Jhujar Construction in 2023.
The work covered wood-frame framing of the structures, with floor and roof assemblies coordinated against the engineer’s drawings and the trades following behind. Work was sequenced block by block so finishing trades could follow the framing crews through the community. The framing scope is complete.
