Our story
From a single framing crew
to a multi-division group.
Jas Construction Ltd. was founded in 1999 in Surrey, British Columbia by Jas Sahota. What started as a small framing operation has grown — through steady, project-by-project work — into a construction group serving the Greater Vancouver region.
Today, our crews handle every stage of a build: pre-construction planning, site excavation, concrete forming, framing, construction, and end-to-end project management.
We work alongside developers, builders and homeowners, with a focus on clear communication, organized job sites and quality of workmanship.
