We are a Surrey-based construction group that has been building across the Lower Mainland since 1999. We are always interested in hearing from experienced tradespeople and construction professionals.

Jas Construction Ltd. was founded in Surrey in 1999 by Jas Sahota and has since grown into a group of six BC-registered companies. Our work spans wood-frame framing, concrete forming, excavation and site preparation, general construction, and project management across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
We have delivered more than 300 projects across 19 cities, including residential infills, townhouse complexes and large multi-family developments. Our core team is based in Surrey and has operated from the same office since the company was established.
We hire directly. The people on our sites are supervised by our own leads and project managers, and many members of our core crew have worked with us across multiple projects and companies over the years.

Framing Crews
Carpenters and framing leads for residential, townhouse and multi-family wood-frame projects across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
Concrete Forming
Form setters and supervisors who work from approved structural drawings on foundation and vertical forming scope.
Excavation Operators
Equipment operators and labourer crews experienced in site prep, grading, trenching and earthwork in the Lower Mainland.
Site Supervisors
Experienced leads who manage daily crew coordination, safety compliance, subcontractor communication and schedule tracking.
Project Coordinators
Coordination and support roles focused on RFIs, schedules, drawing control and progress reporting across active job sites.
Pre-Construction Support
Estimators and planners who work on budget alignment, scope review and constructability assessments before mobilization.
