Jas Construction Ltd. has completed framing on four multi-family projects within the City of Vancouver. Our Vancouver work includes 4th & Macdonald at 4th Avenue and Macdonald Street, a 99-unit project for Axiom Builders Inc. delivered in 2025. We also framed Rowe at 745 W. 49th Avenue, a 47-unit project for Axiom Properties Inc. completed in 2022. The repeat relationship with the Axiom group across two Vancouver projects reflects the working model we maintain with developer clients across the Lower Mainland.
