Overview
Rowe, in Vancouver, BC, brought together a 47-unit multi-family build at 745 W. 49th Avenue. Jas Construction Ltd. provided framing for Axiom Properties Inc. in 2022.
In-house carpenters handled the framing across the build, keeping layout accurate from the first walls so every floor above inherited true reference lines. A single point of contact kept the developer informed through each stage of the build. The framing scope is complete.
Scope of work
- Wood-frame framing of the residential structures, floor by floor.
- Engineered floor and roof assemblies, sequenced with the mechanical rough-ins.
- Pre-construction coordination with the developer and design team.
- On-site supervision and daily quality checks by an in-house superintendent.
- Coordination of openings and backing for the envelope, mechanical and electrical trades.
