Overview
Set at 24951 112th Avenue in Maple Ridge, BC, The Falls is a 165-unit multi-family development. Jas Construction Ltd. worked alongside Epic Homes to carry the framing.
Framing ran from the ground floor through to roof and lock-up, with openings and backing set accurately so the envelope, mechanical and electrical trades could pick up without rework. At 165 units, material staging and lift scheduling were planned around the site so production stayed steady across the building. The project is currently on site, and the gallery below is updated as the build progresses.
Scope of work
- Engineered floor and roof assemblies, sequenced with the mechanical rough-ins.
- Pre-construction coordination with the developer and design team.
- On-site supervision and daily quality checks by an in-house superintendent.
- Coordination of openings and backing for the envelope, mechanical and electrical trades.
- Material staging and lift scheduling planned around the site.
