Overview
At 12026 Dunbar Street in Maple Ridge, BC, Dunbar Street is a 100-unit multi-family project. Jas Construction Ltd. partnered with Baydo Contracting Corporation on the framing scope.
Our crews framed the residential structures floor by floor, building the engineered floor and roof assemblies in sequence with the mechanical rough-ins and the rest of the trade schedule. A single point of contact kept the developer informed through each stage of the build. The project is currently on site, and the gallery below is updated as the build progresses.
Scope of work
- Engineered floor and roof assemblies, sequenced with the mechanical rough-ins.
- Pre-construction coordination with the developer and design team.
- On-site supervision and daily quality checks by an in-house superintendent.
- Coordination of openings and backing for the envelope, mechanical and electrical trades.
- Material staging and lift scheduling planned around the site.
