South Yards Tower A at 4572 Dawson Street is a 790-unit development currently underway with Anthem Properties, making it the largest active project in the Jas Construction portfolio. South Yards, an 80-unit project at 4511 Juneau Street for Anthem Alpha One C Holdings, ran from October 2025 to February 2026. Anthem Nuvo at Central Park at 6075 Wilson Avenue, an 86-unit project, was completed in 2024.
