Jas Construction Ltd. has completed framing on projects across the Langley area, including Latimer Heights at 82nd Avenue and 202 Street. The Latimer Heights project involved approximately 700 townhomes in partnership with Vesta Properties Ltd., a community that was framed and handed off in sequenced blocks from 2017 to 2022. A project of that scale requires sustained block-by-block phasing, multiple framing crews running in coordination, and consistent hand-off to the envelope and mechanical trades as each block completes.

We have also framed Aristotle Langley, a 173-unit project for Emporio Holdings Ltd., and Conwest Fort Langley Townhomes, 41 homes in the historic Fort Langley village for Cantera Management Group Ltd. Township of Langley and the City of Langley have been among the more active residential construction markets in the Lower Mainland, with sustained housing activity along the Willoughby and Latimer corridors.
