Overview
Set at 9122 King Street in Fort Langley, BC, Conwest Fort Langley Townhomes is a 41-unit townhouse development. Jas Construction Ltd. worked alongside Cantera Management Group Ltd. to carry the framing in 2024.
Framing ran from the ground floor through to roof and lock-up, with openings and backing set accurately so the envelope, mechanical and electrical trades could pick up without rework. Work was sequenced block by block so finishing trades could follow the framing crews through the community. The framing scope is complete.

- Floor and roof assemblies coordinated unit to unit.
- Pre-construction coordination with the developer and design team.
- On-site supervision and quality checks through each phase.
- Hand-off coordination with the envelope and finishing trades.
- Block-by-block sequencing so finishing trades follow the framing crews.
