Overview
Anthem Nuvo at Central Park is an 86-unit multi-family project at 6075 Wilson Avenue in Burnaby, BC. Jas Construction Ltd. delivered the framing scope in partnership with Anthem 6075 Wilson Developments LP in 2024.
The work covered wood-frame framing of the structures, with floor and roof assemblies coordinated against the engineer’s drawings and the trades following behind. A single point of contact kept the developer informed through each stage of the build. The framing scope is complete.
Scope of work
- Wood-frame framing of the residential structures, floor by floor.
- Engineered floor and roof assemblies, sequenced with the mechanical rough-ins.
- Pre-construction coordination with the developer and design team.
- On-site supervision and daily quality checks by an in-house superintendent.
- Coordination of openings and backing for the envelope, mechanical and electrical trades.
