Overview
Edge Street is a 209-unit multi-family project at 12155 Edge Street in Maple Ridge, BC. Jas Construction Ltd. delivered the framing scope in partnership with Baydo Contracting Corporation.
The work covered wood-frame framing of the structures, with floor and roof assemblies coordinated against the engineer’s drawings and the trades following behind. At 209 units, material staging and lift scheduling were planned around the site so production stayed steady across the building. The project is currently on site, and the gallery below is updated as the build progresses.
Scope of work
- Wood-frame framing of the residential structures, floor by floor.
- Engineered floor and roof assemblies, sequenced with the mechanical rough-ins.
- Pre-construction coordination with the developer and design team.
- On-site supervision and daily quality checks by an in-house superintendent.
- Coordination of openings and backing for the envelope, mechanical and electrical trades.
