Overview
Latimer Heights is an approximately 700-unit townhouse community at 82nd Avenue and 202 Street in Langley, BC, developed by Vesta Properties Ltd. Jas Construction Ltd. carried the framing scope across the community from 2017 to 2022.
A project of this scale requires a different approach than a single building. Jas Construction framed the community block by block, completing each cluster to lock-up so the envelope and finishing trades could follow in sequence without idle time. Layout accuracy was established from the first walls in each block, so openings, roof lines, and party walls aligned correctly across the community. Coordination with Vesta Properties and the structural engineer was maintained throughout the five-year build. The framing scope is complete.
