Overview
At 13838 & 13858 108 Avenue in Surrey, BC, Radley is a 200-unit multi-family project. Jas Construction Ltd. partnered with West Fraser Developments Ltd. on the framing scope in 2024.
Our crews framed the residential structures floor by floor, building the engineered floor and roof assemblies in sequence with the mechanical rough-ins and the rest of the trade schedule. At 200 units, material staging and lift scheduling were planned around the site so production stayed steady across the building. The framing scope is complete.
Scope of work
- Engineered floor and roof assemblies, sequenced with the mechanical rough-ins.
- Pre-construction coordination with the developer and design team.
- On-site supervision and daily quality checks by an in-house superintendent.
- Coordination of openings and backing for the envelope, mechanical and electrical trades.
- Material staging and lift scheduling planned around the site.
