Overview
Maplewood West Townhomes, in North Vancouver, BC, brought together a 42-unit townhouse build at 2049 Heritage Park Lane. Jas Construction Ltd. provided framing for Anthem Properties in 2021.
In-house carpenters handled the framing across the build, keeping layout accurate from the first walls so every floor above inherited true reference lines. Work was sequenced block by block so finishing trades could follow the framing crews through the community. The framing scope is complete.
