Overview
At 904–944 Lytton Street in North Vancouver, BC, Baden Site 3 is a 31-unit multi-family project. Jas Construction Ltd. partnered with Anthem Baden Three Developments Ltd. on the framing scope in 2025.
Our crews framed the residential structures floor by floor, building the engineered floor and roof assemblies in sequence with the mechanical rough-ins and the rest of the trade schedule. A single point of contact kept the developer informed through each stage of the build. The framing scope is complete.
Scope of work
- Engineered floor and roof assemblies, sequenced with the mechanical rough-ins.
- Pre-construction coordination with the developer and design team.
- On-site supervision and daily quality checks by an in-house superintendent.
- Coordination of openings and backing for the envelope, mechanical and electrical trades.
- Material staging and lift scheduling planned around the site.
