Hawthorne Towns is a multi-family project located in Surrey, BC. Jas Construction Ltd. was engaged to provide framing and construction services across the project, working closely with the developer through every phase of the build.
Scope of work
- Pre-construction coordination with the developer and design team.
- Framing of the multi-family residential structures.
- Engineered floor and roof assemblies, sequenced with mechanical rough-ins.
- Site supervision and daily quality checks by an in-house superintendent.
- Hand-off coordination with envelope, mechanical and electrical trades.
